Kerr McDonald, LLP, has two partners, Charles M. Kerr and Kathleen M. McDonald. The practice is limited to civil litigation matters, and the firm has an "A.V." rating from Martindale Hubbell. At present, we have one associate, Cristina I. Flores. We have one legal assistant in our office, Margaret M. Putman. In October of 1988, Chuck Kerr and Kathy McDonald left Venable, Baetjer & Howard to form a new firm composed of five former Venable litigators. That firm, Irwin, Kerr, Green, McDonald and Dexter, continued from October of 1988 through the end of September 1996, when Chuck and Kathy formed the present firm.
